Last Friday I ran into a cake mix for pandan cake in the local Asian shop. It looked interesting, especially because of its green color. It was very easy to make; beat 7 eggs, the mix, some water and some coconut milk together and bake it for an hour.
It tastes a lot better than it smelled when I was mixing the batter.
Wasn’t that small piece of cake we once bought at some Asian shop called pandan ook? I remember it wasn’t green, but it tasted yummy!
That cake looks funky
