Cauliflower-Broccoli Soup
Elise over at Simply Recipes published a very nice recipe for cauliflower soup last week, and it looked so easy to make I figured I’d go give it a try.
I also figured: hey, if cauliflower works as a basis for a soup this way, then broccoli probably does too! And then we have two nicely coloured soups which we can serve together in a bowl!
For taste I added salt and pepper, and a bit of a spice mix called Maggi 2, which is mostly nutmeg-based. On top is a bit of chopped chives. I also spun the bowl in short bursts, which if done just right creates a beautiful yin-yang pattern. I obviously need to practice that part a bit more.
