Thanks for the instructions.

However the Myst III Exile will NOT start up on my Intel Mac Quadcore Nehalem
The downloaded Myst Application and carbon libray claim they are A PowerPC application.
=============================================================
Can not open the program "Myst3 OS X US"
since PowerPc-programs are no longer supported:

Cheers: Max!

Hi Corine,

I have had the same problem and found the following patch: Simply rename the "M3Data" folder into "M3data". There appears to be a hickup with case-sensitive file names.

Cheers

No sooner did I give up when I got it to work in the end. Why did I ever have a problem? It's easy-peasy.

Oh, don't worry. it looks like it's unlikely to work on an intel mac anyway - no partition/classic andprobably no rosetta neither.
