Rainbow

Last Friday I woke up and got up at 7 in the morning, since I had driving lesson at 8. I opened the curtains and noticed the weird early morning sunlight: the unusual color created a very interesting ‘feeling’. Then I spotted a beautiful double rainbow, which — partly due to the size of my window — I could see from beginning to end. Sadly, it wouldn’t fit on my camera’s sensor.

Speaking of driving lessons, I had my theory exam last week, which I passed, having 46 out of 50 questions right. My driving test will be this Monday. Exciting times. My instructor is not the best imaginable; he doesn’t like explaining things in advance. Rather, he usually tells me to go places and then scolds me when I do something wrong. This morning he thought I wasn’t looking to my left well enough, so he grabbed my head with his hand and turned it left 90 degrees. Obviously, I made a scene, telling him he went too far. I think an instructor should make me comfortable so close before the final test, instead of treating me like this.

En je hoeft gelukig nog maar 1 dag met Fritsje opgescheept te zitten (verwacht ik!), dus be strong! w00t!
