Koninginnedag

On 30 April the Dutch celebrate Queen’s Day. Usually we (my parents, sisters and I) stay at home but this year we decided to join the madness that is Koninginnedag. The weather was beautiful, as it’s been the past days. It’s funny to think that Braga is having lots of rain right now…

Ledig Erf, daar heb ik ook nog een uurtje gestaan, toen de zon aan het ondergaan was. Voor de rest heb ik net zoveel van k-dag meegekregen, we zaten veel te relekst aan de rose / palm in tuin van vrienden :)

Dan heb je het netjes bekeken. Mij werd de drukte op een gegeven moment teveel, waarschijnlijk onder invloed van mijn hooikoorts en die prachtige pluisjes die de hele dag door Utrecht zwieven.

I stumbled with this site while searching for cheap flights to Portugal, curiosity and affinity to IT made me browse it pretty much. I must say this site is kept simple, content is interesting, it is well built and myself being Portuguese I can say that your description of Braga, its attractions and neighboring cities, the local people, etc is quite accurate. I am glad you enjoyed your stay there. I left Portugal because one can not file a complain to far too many people (Teachers Doctors Policemen well whatever :P )

Ik wilde bijna een hartje doen, maar toen besefte ik dat dat niet kon.
